Harvest Woodinville is expanding its culinary lineup as it prepares for the first of several openings this summer.

The newest addition, The Crawlspace Gastropub, is owned by Jason and Robin Farrish and will open in The Yard. The location marks the restaurant’s second outpost following the flagship debut on Mercer Island in 2024, according to a press release.

Harvest is a 20-acre mixed-use development combining retail, dining and entertainment. At its center is a public plaza called “The Yard.” The project also includes apartments and townhomes, along with the recently opened SOMM Hotel & Spa.

Often described as the Napa Valley of Washington, the area is one Farrish said he is eager to be part of as he joins Harvest.

“Crawlspace at Harvest will be intentionally crafted, but with zero pretension. How often do you have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the new Napa Valley? Harvest is going to be the central meeting place for food and wine, and we want to be the friendliest, most delicious and most fun place there,” Farrish said in a statement.

Hailing from Oahu, he is no stranger to the restaurant industry. His family has helped shape the Hawaiian dining landscape for more than three decades.

The Crawlspace Gastropub, which has received several accolades including The Seattle Times People’s Choice gold medal for Best Korean Restaurant and a bronze medal for Best New Restaurant, is known for its scratch-made dishes with Korean, Hawaiian and Mexican influences.

The menu highlights burgers and sandwiches like the signature Crawlburger, Korean fried chicken sandwich and a bulgogi-topped burger. Larger plates include dishes such as huli huli chicken, bulgogi, kalbi and North Shore shrimp, typically served with rice, mac salad and Korean side dishes. Tacos, fried rice and poke bowls round out the savory offerings, while desserts include butter mochi with ice cream and Korean pear bread pudding.

To pair with the food, the gastropub serves house cocktails such as the Liliko‘i Mai Tai made with a Planteray rum blend, curaçao, lime, fresh orgeat, Cruzan Blackstrap rum and liliko‘i egg white foam, along with a selection of beer and wine.

An official opening date has not yet been announced. Visit The Crawlspace Gastropub website and follow the restaurant on Instagram and Facebook for updates.
