According to a recent permit filing, Ramen Nori aims to debut in Bellevue at 13112 NE 20th Street Suite 200.

A representative was not able to provide additional information upon What Now Seattle’s request. However, behind Ramen Nori are Shenghui Chen and Jinda Zhao.

According to Washington Company Search, both Shenghui and Jinda are behind two other restaurants in the area. Those two restaurants are Sushi Nori and Momo Sushi. It has not yet been confirmed if Ramen Nori will be similar in its approach to Sushi Nori or Momo Sushi.

For Momo Sushi, according to the company’s website, “At Momo, you will find a wide array of fresh sushi and seafood along with salads and hot entrées, including seafood favorites like Alaskan snow crab legs, jumbo prawns, and shrimp cocktail.”

“To top everything off, you can visit our delectable dessert bar, which features a variety of pastries and authentic Japanese green tea ice cream. And here’s the best part: you can eat as much of your favorites as you want!”
