New Owners Zaneta and Steve McKee have taken over Thirsty Hound Drinkery just three years after its initial opening and remains located at 1905 Bridgeport Way W Ste. 112, University Place, WA 98466.

Reported by The News Tribune, the new owners trained under its previous owners for several weeks, including being shared secret recipes and were “vowed to secrecy.” The McKee’s have no plans for any changes. “You know, it works,” Steve said.

It was reported that an upgrade will be made, however: “a slim bar-top for the railing, between the stools and dining room, to rest your drink.”

It is recognized as a neighborhood bar and quickly became known for its charm and service. The bar offers Thai-inspired pub food along with a revolving beer menu for it patrons. They’re active on Instagram sharing updates and specials for their loyal followers as well.

The McKees were unavailable for comment as of Friday.
