A representative of Abuelo’s Market and Taqueria was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official date for the change and what this will mean for the company have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, the assumption was filed under Ankyl LLC.
Rosa and Jose Lorenzo Tovar are listed on the permit and LLC filings. The LLC was incorporated on September 9th, 2024, according to Biz Profile.
For the property itself, the address listed for what will be Abuelo’s Market and Taqueria is a part of the Gateway Plaza, according to Loop Net. The property was built in 1986 and boasts of 12,500 square feet of space.
