A restaurant bringing Turkish cuisine to the Renton area is opening its second location in the near future.

Cafe Sabah recently announced the restaurant is opening at 456 Central Way in Kirkland. It was previously announced the restaurant is coming in the spring, and it looks like the opening has been pushed further back. The business advertises themselves as “the best Turkish food in Seattle,” per their Instagram.

The menu includes items like soups, sides, pides, hot appetizers, wraps, and main courses such as mixed grill kebab and special lamb ribs. They also serve hot drinks like lattes, Turkish coffee, mint tea and jasmine tea.

Cafe Sabah first opened in 2024. It was started by Hasan Ari who immigrated from Turkey in 2004 and has been building his business since. It is named after his wife Sabah.

When speaking with the owner, Ari said he is also looking to change the restaurant to be a different franchise. He did not want to give an update on this as of now.

“The menu not only includes traditional Turkish delicacies but also introduces innovative creations inspired by flavors from around the world,” says the description from their website. The menu for the new Kirkland restaurant has not yet been disclosed. It is expected to be the same or similar.
