According to a recent permit filing, Vora’s Thai Kitchen has filed for a Burlington location at 133 E Rio Vista Avenue.
A representative of Vora’s Thai Kitchen was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, Vora has filed for a beer and wine rest permission under Praise LLC, according to the permit filing.
Washington Company Search states that Praise LLC was incorporated on January 1st, 2017. The LLC is filed under the food and restaurant sector. Pisit Jingjit, Kanokorn Jingjit, and Thanakorn Singchai are listed on the permit and LLC.
Red Fin describes the property as a “2,844 square feet building constructed in 2009 includes, currently 1,620 square feet restaurant downstairs with a 1,200 square feet, 2 bedroom apartment with new hardwood flooring and 300+ basement for plenty of storage. The building includes a drive-through permit!
