A new Chick-fil-A restaurant is ready to serve Wesley Chapel at its newest location opening on Thursday, May 22, 2025, creating approximately 120 jobs. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Jim Larreau to be the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Epperson Ranch, marking his second restaurant in the community.

Located at 7910 Curley Road, the new restaurant will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., and the drive-thru remaining open until 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out and Mobile Thru.

“Chick-fil-A has given me more than I ever imagined,” said Larreau in a statment. “I’m committed to paying it forward—I’m passionate about investing in my team and community through care-driven leadership and a commitment to exceptional service.”

  • Larreau has proudly served more than 40 years with Chick-fil-A, having started as a Team Member in high school to now being a veteran local Owner-Operator.
  • He was selected as a local Owner-Operator in 2002, going on to lead several Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Tampa area.

  • For Larreau, Chick-fil-A is more than a business—it’s a family legacy. His wife, children, sister, brother-in-law, son-in-law, and nephew all contribute to the restaurants in various roles.

Larreau is committed to giving back to the Wesley Chapel community by:
