Oldsmar-based caterer 511 Food Company appears to be at work on a restaurant location at which to serve its food offerings, which have included included sandwiches, hot dogs, salads and more. The 511 Food Company recently submitted plan review paperwork for a restaurant location at the address of Tampa’s Fountain Square Centre, at 4301 Anchor Plaza Parkway, in Suite 110.
The caterer has served up food at a number of fun spots. An April 7 Facebook post (the brand’s most recent as of this tdate) shows a menu offered at The Crooked Thumb Brewery that featured appetizers like Pretzel Bites and Deviled Eggs, All Beef Angus Grilled Hot Dogs, Mac-N-Cheeze, and a pressed “Que-Ban” sandwich with 511 Bar-B-Que-Ban Sauce.
Fountain Square Centre houses a number of businesses and has previously been home to the Fountain Square Cafe—which closed on Uber Eats as of April 9 of this year. The 511 Food Company may be a replacement for the building’s cafe.
What Now reached out on Wednesday to owner Laura West to inquire about plans for the opening of a 511 Food Company concepts in the Fountain Square Centre Building. West was not immediately available for comment.
