It appears a fast-food chain is working on yet another location in the Sunshine State.

Cook Out could be coming to 9595 4th Street N in St. Petersburg, St. Pete Rising reports. It would be Pinellas County’s first Cook Out.

An entity associated with Cook Out CEO Jeremy Reaves purchased the land for $2.6 million, according to the news outlet.

The news of another potential Cook Out location comes on the heels of two other proposed locations in the area: one in Temple Terrace at 5501 East Fowler Avenue and the other in Carrollwood at 16215 North Dale Mabry Highway. Both of these sites, as well as the St. Petersburg site, used to be occupied by Boston Market.

Cook Out was founded in 1989 in Greensboro, North Carolina. The chain now has more than 300 locations in 10 states, mostly in the South.

The wide-ranging menu includes milkshakes, char-grilled burgers, hot dogs, chicken strips and quesadillas along with sides like fries, hush puppies, onion rings, chili and more.
