Founded as a mobile coffee truck, Bean Wandering has gotten a lot of attention after being featured in several viral social media posts. Now, after launching its first brick-and-mortar home, Bean Wandering is pulling into a second, this time on the ground level of the City Center building, located at 100 Second Avenue S in St. Petersburg, says recent coverage by St. Pete Rising.
Previously home to an outpost of Nature’s Table, the space will be reconfigured to make way for Bean Wandering.
Bean Wandering was founded Hanna Rewerts, who, together with her wife Kara, will continue to operate the concept in its mobile form for special events alongside its cafe locations.
Bean Wandering’s specialty iced coffee comes in flavors like brown sugar, mocha, and cookie dough—to name a few listed in the St. Pete Rising Coverage. There are also non-coffee beverages like the raspberry lemonade shaker.
“The menu will include a variety of toasts, such as avocado toast and toast with goat cheese drizzled with honey, pastries like croissants and banana bread, overnight oats, and heartier items such as sandwiches, protein bowls, and souffle quiches,” the St. Pete Rising coverage says. “Vegetarian and gluten-free options and easy grab-and-go meals will also be offered.”
