Palm Harbor’s Big Momma’s Hickory Smoked BBQ is a barbecue restaurant that knows “Smoked Meat Perfection Takes Time.”

Big Mommas is part of TSC Restaurant Group, LLC’s family of brands, which includes Hot Dogs Galore!, Planet Wacky Wings, Not Your Mommas Cookies, and more. All these brands come from the culinary imagination of Chef Ken Stephens.
Now, Stephens is expanding his barbecue concept to a second location, opening at 8530 Ridge Road in New Port Richey. There you’ll be able to try “Big Mommas Hickory Smoked Samiches”: that includes the Pork Samich (Six ounces of juicy smoked chopped pork piled high with BBQ sauce), The Chicky Chicky Boom Boom (Six ounces of juicy smoked chopped dark meat chicken topped with pickled red onions, crunchy fried jalapenos and BBQ sauce), and the Texas Cowboy (Six ounces of chopped tender beef brisket topped with our signature homemade cole slaw and BBQ sauce).
What Now reached out to Chef Ken on Friday to ask about plans for the New Port Richey opening. The chef was not immediately available for comment.
