International Plaza and Bay Street will soon welcome a new boba shop into its food and beverage community. A recent plan review shows Boba Tea Company opening in Suite #135 at the shopping mall, where the new brand will offer bubble tea and more.

“We’re going to have ice cream, yogurt, milkshakes, smoothies, and other things,” a representative told What Now on Friday, elucidating the “and more” part of the menu, to be served in addition to bubble tea. On the food side, the representative listed desserts like cheesecake and cupcakes, adding that crepes may also be on the menu.

That sounds great to us! Asked if any more details are sharable at this time, the representative declined. Stay tuned for updates on this upcoming new local brand.

Joining the International Plaza and Bay Street food and drink roster, Boba Tea Company will join fast-casual eateries like Chick-fil-A, Auntie Anne’s, and Pardon My Cheesesteak, along with restaurants like Brio Italian Grille, Gabriellas, and Suki Hana.
