Located in the historic Bayshore Royal Building, Ciro’s is a “classic cocktail bar” “inspired by and in homage to a Hollywood bar of the same name.” The brand, which is part of the Three Oaks Hospitality family of brands (a fun collection that includes concepts ranging from the fine dining of Ro to the bagel shop Sesame), has temporarily closed for renovations.

“Starting today, we must temporarily close due to the renovations happening within the Bayshore Royal Building,” says a recent Facebook post by Ciro’s. “We do not have a date for reopening but keep an eye out for updates because you never know where we might pop up… hint: hidden, but in plain sight.”

Ciro’s cocktail menu has included “Alluring Elixers” like There Will Be Chocolate (Cold Brew Infused – Bols Genever, Coppertail Night Swim Porter Reduction, Irish Cream) and Umami Juice (Ford’s Gin, Midori, Mahina Coconut, Ancho Reyes Verde, Lime Cordial, Cilantro, Celery Bitters, Egg White) and “Classic Favorites” like Penicillin (Jura 10yr, Lemon, Honey, Egg White) and the Bees Knees (Ford’s Gin, Lemon, Honey, Lavender Bitters).

It’s not yet known when the Ciro’s will reopen, but be sure to follow @cirostampa on Instagram to keep up with Ciro’s news.
