Located across the street from shopping complex The Sundial, the space formerly occupied by Dirty Shirley Bar + Kitchen has been sold, according to recent coverage by I Love the Burg.
The news was originally announced by Chris DiNeno, founder and broker/owner at Main Street & Main, in a Facebook post. “Congratulations to the Buyers, Christophe Guillot and Philippe Challeau, owners/operators of the popular Bacchus Wine Bistro at 124 2nd Ave NW,” DiNeno wrote in the post, cited in the I Love the Burg Coverage.
Dirty Shirley will be replaced by a new concept called Cognac, the coverage says. Details about Cognac’s food and drink offerings are not yet available.
What Now reached out to Christophe Guillot on Friday to ask about Cognac. Guillot was not immediately available to share details on the new concept, but What Now is awaiting more information, so stay tuned for updates.
