Headed up by Jeff and Jarred John, Damn Good Hospitality is the food-and-beverage force behind concepts like Fort Lauderdale’s Stache Drinking Den and Delray Beach’s Damn Good Sweets. Another of the company’s brands, the whiskey-forward Warren restaurant, was launched in Delray Beach and has since expanded with a second location in Naples.

Now, Warren is headed to Sarasota, Jeff John told What Now on Friday.

“It’s going to be extremely beautiful, interactive, unique,” John said. “Our job is to wow you and provide the best guest experience possible.”

The Delray location’s menu features choice ranging from a Wagyu menu, to a seafood selection, to handhelds like the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich (fresno pepper hot sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, house made pickles, peppercorn ranch, cherry pepper relish) and the Wagyu French Dip.

“With a focus on contemporary American cuisine, fusing flavors from around the world, Warren’s ingredient-driven menu offers our spin on traditional American dishes,” says the Damn Good Hospitality website. “Boasting a cocktail program backed by South Florida’s largest whiskey library, featuring nearly 1000 rare, barrel select and reserve bottles, most available for sale for you to take home and enjoy, Warren offers a Spiritual experience that you won’t find anywhere else.

According to coverage by the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, Warren Sarasota is opening at 1400 Main Street.
