Known for its striking 2-D interior and décor, Tampa Bay-born noodle brand Doodle Noodle Bar is preparing to open a second location, this time at 1202 E Fowler Ave., near USF.

The new location is currently under construction, Doodle Noodle Bar CEO Viyareth Vongprachanh told What Now on Friday. Vongprachanh and his brother are also behind Orlando pho restaurant Twenty Pho Hour.

Vongprachanh told What Now the new Doodle Noodle Bar will feature the same noodle dishes and build-your-own soups, so Doodle fans can expect to find the same menu plus even more—including new boba tea options and a drive-thru.

In addition to Doodle’s build-our-own soup choices, the menu features Pho & Signature Bowls like Pholet Mignon (beef broth, rice noodles, Pittsburgh-style filet mignon brisket, onions, scallions, cilantro) and Pork Belly Heaven! (beef broth, ramen, pork belly, bok choy, mushrooms, onions, cilantro, scallions, fried onion, fried garlic). There’s also a selection of stir fry noodles and cold dishes.

Opening on Fowler Avenue, at the intersection with North 12th Street, the new(dle) Doodle Noodle Bar location will join a food and drink community that includes concepts like Boil Spot, Jerk Hut Island Grill, and Grand Fortune.
