Located alongside Cortez Boulevard in Brooksville, shopping center Coastal Way – Coastal Landing is the future home of a dual-branded Buzzed Bull Creamery and Roll On In location.

“It’s a family-friendly concept,” franchisee Colleen Hotchkiss told What Now on Friday. Hotchkiss is opening the dual-branded location in partnership with her husband, Richard Hotchkiss.

The location will serve up Roll On In’s menu of sushi burritos and bowls. Burritos come in varieties like Dyno (spicy tuna, spicy salmon, corn salsa, cucumber, spinach, spicy mayo, sweet soy, crunchy tempura) and Popeye (teriyaki chicken, spinach, sweet potato, corn salsa, romaine, cream cheese, spicy mayo, sweet chili, sesame seeds), while specialty bowls include Sesame Chix and The Trio (fried rice, sweet chili steak, tempura shrimp, teriyaki chicken, carrot, avocado, citrus slaw, green onion, yum yum sauce, wonton strips).

“It’s what we consider the sushi version of Chipotle,” Hotchkiss said.

Alongside these will be the sweet offerings of Buzzed Bull Creamery, which “harnesses the power of liquid nitrogen to bring you and your family fresh, premium ice creams and milkshakes while offering a one-of-a-kind experience.” The brand’s flavors, which come as ice cream or a milkshake, can be served buzzed (alcohol infused) and non-buzzed. These include Death By Chocolate and Buzzed Bull (Caramel, Espresso, Peanuts, Whipped Cream; Suggested Buzz: Bourbon).

Both Roll on In’s sushi burritos and Buzzed Bull’s ice cream selections include a build-your-own option.
