Created by Scott and Pam Stewart, together with their son Rob and daughter-in-law Ellie, Ellianos Coffee first opened its doors in Lake City in 2002. In the years since, that family project has begun to expand considerably through franchising. The network now includes more than 70 units, particularly in southern states like Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, and that growth is accelerating.
As Ellianos prepares for a significant growth push in the Tampa Bay Area, a new location is in the works in Apollo Beach, headed up by franchisee Cody Grosse.
“Ellianos Coffee serves up premium handcrafted espresso drinks, signature creations, refreshing energy beverages, and fresh breakfast favorites, all designed for life on the go and made with care in every cup,” Grosse told What Now on Thursday. “We’re excited to bring that same quality and consistency to the Tampa area with our first location in Apollo Beach opening mid 2026. With over 70 locations across the Southeast and more than 180 additional stores in development, Ellianos continues to grow while staying rooted in great products, quick drive-thru convenience, and the communities we serve.”
Apollo Beach residents will soon be driving thru for Ellianos’ Signature Creations: coffee drinks like the Caffe Dolce (also served frozen as the Caffe Dolce Freezer), the Iced Tuscany Toffee Latte, the Iced Milan Mint Mocha, and lots more.
“What began as one family’s dream has grown into a lasting legacy,” says the Ellianos website. “A company built on faith, family, and excellence, committed to making your day a little brighter, one cup at a time.”
Recent coverage gives the Apollo Beach address at 371 Harbor Lane. That address is not currently searchable on Google Maps.
