Offering “freshly baked handcrafted gourmet pizza and more…” Extreme Pizza is an up-and-coming pizza franchise with locations from California to Texas to New Jersey. Now the brand looks to be preparing its Florida debut with a new location opening at 7839 FL-64 in Bradenton, as indicated by submitted plan review documents.
“At Extreme Pizza, we’re always experimenting with new ways to test the palette, to push the pizza experience to a higher level,” says the brand’s website. “And because we’ve received such raving support from our customers and food critics, we have made the sky our limit as to what we can create on our canvas crust. Whether you eat at Extreme, have a piping hot pie delivered to your doorstep, or try one of our ‘take-n-bake’ pizzas that you cook at home, you’ll need to gear up for an eating adventure. Are you ready to get extreme?”
The menu features adventurous Gourmet Signature Pizza varieties like The Spice Route (Chicken marinated in a spicy Tandoori sauce, green pepper, red onion, cilantro and mozzarella), the Bunny Slope (Fresh arugula dressed with a vinaigrette, a light spread of our tomato sauce, mozzarella, goat cheese, tomatoes and sliced toasted almonds), the Baja (Black bean salsa, cheddar, tomatoes, red onions, black olives, jalapeños, and fresh cilantro. [Add chicken upon request]), and lots more.
There are also X-Factor Starters like Boneless Wings and Zipline Knots (Freshly baked dough rolled with pepperoni, smoked bacon, mozzarella, pureed garlic, oregano, and olive oil), calzones, Garden Fresh Salads, and Vegan Signature Pizzas.
Opening in the FL-64 location, Extreme Pizza would join Panera Bread at the intersection with River Heritage Boulevard.
What Now reached out on Wednesday to George Margioukla, owner of the location, to ask about plans for a new Extreme Pizza opening in Bradenton. Margioukla was not immediately available for comment.
