Raising Cane’s to Celebrate New Opening in St. Petersburg
In a first, Raising Cane’s brings its drive-thru and dining experience to St. Petersburg. Opening on August 5 at 2700 Tyrone Blvd. N, the new location will serve up Raising Cane’s signature ONE LOVE® – Craveable Chicken Finger Meals® to St. Pete for the first time.

Techton added that the team is eager to share Cane’s signature flavors with local guests. Serving the popular ONE LOVE—Craveable Chicken Finger Meals to guests in the area marks an exciting chapter for the brand.
The new restaurant includes a double-lane drive-thru designed for quick, efficient service. Customers can expect a colorful and dynamic dining space. It also features eye-catching graphics and local memorabilia that honor St. Petersburg’s heritage.
The new St. Petersburg spot will operate from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant stays open from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m.
Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony and Giveaways
The celebration will start at 8 a.m. with early giveaways and crowd-favorite perks for the first guests in line. A ribbon-cutting event is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., with representatives from the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce expected to attend.
The first customer will enjoy major perks as the Raising Cane’s Crew greets them with a one-of-a-kind gift basket. 20 lucky customers (ages 13 and up) will be awarded with a “Lucky 20” Giveaway, which promises free Cane’s for a year!
Customers should submit their entries between 8 and 9 a.m., as the lucky draw is scheduled shortly after. It is important for customers to be physically present at the venue for the win.
The first 100 Combo purchases come with exclusive swag, including a commemorative hat and a free Box Combo card. The Box Combo card is valid for a free meal on a future visit.
A live DJ will be present at the venue to spin tunes, keeping the energy going and entertaining guests all day. Raising Cane’s will also donate $1,000 to Pet Pal Animal Shelter, a local nonprofit that rescues and rehomes animals across the region.
