If you’ve been missing Four Green Fields since it closed its Downtown Tampa location on June 8, your wait for the reopening is nearly over. Four Green Fields Riverwalk will celebrate its Grand Reopening on Tuesday, July 3, at 702 N Ashley Drive, starting at 4 p.m.
The restaurant closed for renovations this month, Ryan Bailey told What Now on Friday. Bailey has just taken over as General Manager at the pub.
“We gave the place a facelift, a new paint job, and put five TV’s inside,” Bailey said. “We also ripped out the side bar, which was kind of underused, and turned it into a great communal table where people can sit.”
And it’s not only the vibes and decor that are getting an upgrade, Bailey says. There’s a brand new food menu featuring Irish pub classics like Fish & Chips, a Reuben Sandwich, Reuben Egg Rolls, Smash Burgers, a Buffalo Chicken Wrap, wings with a variety of sauce choices—and the list goes on. Plus, there’s a new cocktail menu that will feature three headliners: an Espresso Martini, an Old Fashioned, and an Irish Mule (that’s Jameson Irish Whiskey, ginger beer, and a splash of Sprite).
“We are now a premium whiskey bar, too,” Bailey adds. “We will have the largest selection of Irish whiskeys in Downtown Tampa, and a great selection of American whiskeys too.”
And so Four Green Fields is gearing up for a big celebration. Mark your calendar for July 3!
The Grand Reopening will be held in the newly revamped space with a premium whiskey selection, 5 TVs, a great beer selection, and Four Green Fields’ revamped Food & Cocktail Menus.
Opening at 4 p.m., the pub will be offering $4 domestic beers, $6 seltzers, and $8 Green Tea Shots. Starting at 7 p.m., there will be live music by Sean Doyle.
Looking to the future, Bailey envisions Four Green Fields as a great place to hang out, drink a Guinness (or several), and watch plenty of football and soccer games.
