Founded in 2021 by Hamzah Nasser in Dearborn, Michigan, Haraz Coffee House is a coffee concept “on a mission to bring a unique coffee experience to life.”
Since its founding, Haraz Coffee has grown to more than 30 locations, and it has a whopping 185 in development. One of these is set to open in New Tampa/Wesley Chapel, as franchisee Abed Mahmoud announced in a Facebook post.
The only question was where? Well, this week What Now came across plan review paperwork submitted by Amana Retail Group LLC that places the new Haraz Coffee House at 1722 Bruce B Downs Blvd, in the Shoppes at New Tampa, a retail center that houses restaurants like First Watch, Sweet Krunch, and Asian Buffet.
What Now confirmed the news with Naif Ahmad, a partner in the location, on Wednesday. What Now is awaiting more details.
“Guided by his vision of sharing Yemeni coffee culture and heritage, Hamzah [Nasser] introduced a concept that quickly resonated with coffee lovers,” says the Haraz Coffee House website. “Since its humble beginnings, Haraz Coffee House has grown to 31 locations across metro Detroit and other cities with 185 in the pipeline, becoming a symbol of authenticity and excellence in the coffee industry. By blending rich traditions with modern tastes, Hamzah has created a space where culture and community thrive.”
