Based in Wesley Chapel, Heritage Dim Sum offers catering with dim sum offerings that represent the “Consolidation of 4 generations and over 100 years of Dim Sum making skills and experience.”

The brand is now preparing to launch a brick-and-mortar project, a representative of the restaurant told What Now on Monday.

“We don’t have a set time,” the representative said. “But we are working on it and currently set up at Felicitous Coffee & Tea for certain days and events.”

The brand’s name is based on Chef Lu Meishan’s family background in dim sum.

“Chef Meishan’s Great-Grandfather, Grandparents, and parents came from Beiyuan Cuisine, a high privilege restaurant in Canton that catered to high officials, nobles and literati since 1928,” says the Heritage Dim Sum website. “Her grandparents were certified Master Dim Sum Chef and her mother was certified Dim Sum Chef.”

What Now is awaiting more information on Heritage Dim Sum’s brick-and-mortar project, but in the meantime be sure to check out the brand’s Facebook page.
