World-famous for its appearance in an episode of legendary TV sitcom Seinfeld, H&H Bagels has long been a New York bagel favorite. In recent years, however, the brand has come to set it sights on the rest of the country. H&H Bagels has now expanded with both corporate and franchise locations in locales as distant as Santa Monica, CA and Boca Raton, FL.

Next stop: Tampa.

The brand’s first Tampa location is currently in the works on the northwest corner of South Dale Mabry Highway and West Watrous Avenue.

“We’re going to open, hopefully, at the end of August or the beginning of September,” a representative told What Now on Thursday.

“H&H is dedicated to using only the highest quality ingredients, starting with our unbromated and unbleached best-in-class flour,” says the bagel chain’s website. “Our bagels are all-natural and non-GMO, with no artificial preservatives. Each bagel is packed with 13 grams of protein.”

The menu features bagel sandwiches like the Nova Salmon with “The Works” (Savory thin-sliced smoked salmon and cream cheese, topped with tomato, onion, and capers), the Avocado Deluxe (Hand sliced avocado, tomato, cucumber, everything seeds, and mayo), and the Classic Bacon, Egg and Cheese.
