This week, Hi Noon Hospitality announced plans to bring its seafood Buck & Rider seafood restaurant to the Sunshine State, opening in Naples’ Waterside Shops.
“This marks a momentous milestone for the restaurant and its parent company, Hi Noon Hospitality, as they bring their celebrated cuisine to one of Florida’s premier luxury retail destinations—making a significant financial investment in the property as part of their commitment to the region,” said a press release.
What Now spoke briefly with Hi Noon Hospitality CEO Adam Strecker on Friday about plans for the new restaurant.
“We’re looking at a Q4 2026 opening,” Strecker said.
And can we expect to see the same menu in Naples as in Arizona? What Now asked.
“It will be similar, but we’ll have a lot more locally sourced South Florida seafood,” said Strecker. As he put it in the press release: “I have deep roots here—years ago I called this coast home, and I’ve spent countless days fishing the waters on the east and west coast of Florida and down to the Keys. Fish from these waters have been on our menu since day one, so bringing Buck & Rider to Naples feels like coming home.”
It’s the brand’s fourth location, added to three in Arizona, opening in the Waterside Shops. It’s a considerable space of roughly 8,000 square feet, with seating for about 300 guests.
“The space will feature a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor areas—including patios, main dining, and gathering spaces—creating an atmosphere that’s both elevated and inviting,” says the press release. “Every aesthetic detail, from building materials to lighting, is carefully chosen to reflect Buck & Rider’s philosophy of simplicity and quality and the spirit of the Gulf Coast.”
Asked about Hi Noon Hospitality’s future in the area, Strecker said the company—which is also behind brands like Ingo’s Tasty Food and Pinyon—is on the lookout for likely sites in Sarasota and Tampa as well.
