The community of restaurants near Delta Woods Park in Spring Hill will soon welcome a new Colombian restaurant into the mix. And if you’re thinking, How awesome!, then you’ve got the right idea: Colombia Que Chimba Cafe (“que chimba” meaning something like how awesome) will open in January at 3452 Deltona Blvd.

Co-owner Robert Madigan confirmed the news with What Now on Friday. Madigan said it’s still too soon to share any further details just yet, however.

That does leave us curious about what can be expected from the new restaurant’s menu, which is remaining under wraps for now. (We’re hoping for an update on it soon, though!)

Opening one building over from Spring Hill Glass & Mirror, Colombia Que Chima Cafe will join a restaurant community that includes Izo’s Latin Cafe, Philly’s Best Cheesesteak House, Back Roads Pub, and Turnpikes.

Stay tuned for more information about Colombia Que Chimba Cafe as they become available!
