If you’ve ever had to make the tough decision on whether to pick up wings or a sub with all the fixings for dinner, you’re in luck.

Quality Foods Restaurant Group is opening both a Jimmy John’s and Buffalo Wild Wings GO under one roof. The restaurant will open at 5245 69th Street East in Palmetto. According to Quality Foods Restaurant Group’s president Kenther R. Ramos, the restaurant combo should be open around the end of the first quarter of 2026, and will be a convenient place for families and friends to enjoy a good meal either at the restaurant or on the go. “This concept combines the two iconic brands, so you’re going to be able to get your favorite Buffalo Wild Wings bar food, along with your Jimmy John’s subs.” Ramos adds that the restaurant will be open 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., allowing people to sate their hunger whether it be for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack.

Ramos said that, while Jimmy Johns has always been known as a fast casual restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings GO is a new concept created to allow guests to have their favorite wings and burgers quickly without sacrificing quality. “After the pandemic, people gathered at home to eat. Buffalo Wild Wings opened a few GO concepts and tested them and they did really well. People were getting their favorite wings to go. It’s not fast food. It’s quality food served fast.” If you’re craving wings, say, you can come in and your meal is prepared in under 12 minutes. Ramos said that one of the locations — across the street from a hospital — is extremely popular with nurses and staff for its convenience.

This new combo restaurant is the latest in Quality Foods Restaurant Group’s portfolio of restaurants that includes Del Taco, Jimmy John, and Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant group operates restaurants in four Florida counties from Palmetto all the way to Port Charlotte — and it continues to grow. If everything works out, we’re planning to build more in 2026 and 2027.

Ramos, who has worked in hospitality since 2004, says the restaurant industry can be tough, but it’s rewarding. His one piece of advice to those starting out: Make sure your guests are satisfied. “People are choosing where they spend their bucks. I want to make sure people are getting value. And that’s not just a number. It’s about good food, a clean bathroom, friendly service Deliver what you promise.”
