Founded by Raphael and Sarah Perrier, Kahwa Coffee has grown considerably in recent years, passing the 20-location mark. As the local coffee roaster and coffee shop chain continues to grow, it’s now planning to open a company-owned location at 3502 Tampa Rd in Oldsmar.

“Kahwa’s reputation is built on quality and consistency of the product,” says the Kahwa coffee website. “100% premium quality Arabica beans are selected from different origins around the world, these beans are then blended and skillfully roasted to produce a complex flavor that allows each origin to yield its most distinct palate.”

The brand recently launched its limited-time-only Spring menu. It features the Lucky Pistachio Latte (Our signature Lucky Pistachio Latte combines the flavors of pistachio and vanilla for a smooth, lightly sweetened and nutty flavor) and the Irish Cream Cold Brew (Our signature cold brew infused with a sweet hazelnut flavor and topped with a smooth, Irish Cream flavored cold foam).

The location in Oldsmar will be drive thru-only, at least for the time being, Raphael Perrier told What Now in a phone conversation on Thursday.

“We’re very excited to be a part of that community,” Perrier said. “We think it’s going to be a fun addition to the area.”
