Offering “Soft Serve, Sundaes, Milkshakes, Scoops and More,” Lazy Crave Ice Cream & Coffee has built a following and is preparing to move into a permanent brick-and-mortar location. The veteran-owned food truck has been setting up shop at 2706 US-19 Alt in Palm Harbor, and there’s a reason for that: according to submitted plan review documents, it’s at work on its first storefront location right there, in Unit 107.
As the project moves forward, Lazy Crave is also building out its menu.
“BIG NEWS LAZY CRAVE FAM!” says a recent Facebook post by the food truck. “We’ve officially finalized the menu for our Lazy Crave storefront and we couldn’t be more excited to share what’s coming your way!”
New items listed include “Authentic New York-style bagels, freshly made Belgian waffles, an expanded coffee menu, AND an expanded ice cream menu with even more sweet options! This is just a sneak peek—we can’t wait to reveal the full menu soon!”
What Now reached out on Monday to co-owner Tanya Pinette to ask about plans for the launch. Pinette was not immediately available for comment.
