The intersection of West Waters Avenue and North Oregon Avenue in Tampa appears to be the future home of an upcoming restaurant. According to a recently submitted plan review, the upcoming Lechonera Latina Tampa is working to open its doors in Suite #106 at 1420 W Waters Ave.
What Now confirmed the news of the opening with a representative of Lechonera Latina Tampa on Monday. Apart from confirming the existence of the project, however, the representative declined to share further details about the project.
The representative did not confirm the address given on the paperwork.
For the moment, further details are not available on Lechonera Latina Tampa’s menu, apart from the basics given in the name: expect a South American-style restaurant specializing in spit-roasted pork.
The West Waters Avenue location is situated next to Tampa Fire Rescue Station 11, near several other food and drink spots that include Asher Amens African Cafe and Room 1701 Restaurant Lounge.
