With about 40 locations either operating or in the works, MilkShake Factory is enjoining more and more people: “Treat yourself to the simple joys in life.” The brand already has two locations in Florida, including one in Riverview, and now it’s preparing to expand to Brandon, where it will open at 11235 Causeway Blvd.

“Exciting news: MilkShake Factory is coming to 11235 Causeway Boulevard, Brandon,” says a post published on Instagram by Bokors Corner about two weeks ago. “This will be another great addition to Lake Brandon Plaza off Causeway Blvd, the same plaza where Hobby Lobby is taking over the former Joann Fabrics spot. Big changes coming!”

MilkShake Factory is currently—for a limited time only—serving up the seasonal Pumpkin Pie Shake: Velvety pumpkin puree infused with cinnamon and fall spices with a crunchy graham crust.

That’s alongside signature milkshakes like the Chocolate Cake Shake (chocolate layer cake swirled with chocolate ganache frosting and creamy vanilla ice cream, topped with a housemade chocolate cake pop), the Campfire S’mores (Crunchy honey grahams, crispy marshmallows, semi-sweet chocolate chips), and the Cookie Jar (Chocolate chip cookie dough, crushed cookies & cream, peanut butter cookie crumbles, topped with a chocolate dipped cookies & cream).

What Now reached out on Friday to franchisee Amy Evans to ask about plans for the opening. Evans was not immediately available for comment.
