Home to restaurants like Osteria 500, Agave Bandido, Deep Lagoon Seafood & Oyster House, and more, Lakewood Ranch’s Waterside Place shopping center looks to be adding a new cafe and wine bar to its food and drink portfolio.

This week, What Now examined plan review paperwork submitted by Treehouse Coffee & Wine, LLC for a restaurant that would open at 1551 Lakefront Drive, Unit 102, in the building that houses Carved Crafted Sandwiches.

Behind the Treehouse Coffee & Wine, LLC is Anna Langlais. What Now reached out to Langlais this week to ask about plans for Treehouse Coffee & Wine. Langlais was not immediately available for comment on the news.

This leaves us guessing for the moment on the concept’s opening timeline and menu offerings, but it sounds like it would make a fine addition to a retail center with hangouts like O&A Coffee and Supply and Good Liquid Brewing Company.

Stay tuned for more details as they become available!
