Located at 2741 W Columbus Drive in Tampa, West Tampa Dance Company offers “a family-friendly environment” where “teachers are all amazing!” says one 5-star review on Google Maps.
Now, it appears the dance school will soon be joined by a cafe. Plan review paperwork submitted by La Vailarina Cafe LLC shows a restaurant by that name (La Vailarina Cafe) opening at the same address, 2741 W Columbus Drive.
Behind La Vailarina Cafe is owner Julian Perez, who is also behind BorinCuba Juice and Food Bar, located nearby on Columbus Drive. What Now reached out to Perez on Tuesday to ask about plans for La Vailarina Cafe. Perez was not immediately available for comment.
Opening at the West Columbus Drive-North Habana Avenue intersection, La Vailarina Cafe would join local businesses like Habana Auto Services, Jennie’s Flowers, and Nino’s Taqueria y Mas.
