The retail and restaurant community around the intersection of North Kings Avenue and West Brandon Boulevard in Brandon looks to be adding a new Italian market to the mix. Submitted plan review paperwork shows a restaurant called Josephine’s Italian Market opening at 730 W Brandon Blvd.

What Now reached out to owner Robert Fox to inquire about plans Josephine’s Italian Market’s opening. Fox was not immediately available for comment.

Specific details are therefore not yet available about the Josephine’s Italian Market. But we’re always on the lookout for a good eggplant parm, so we’re keeping an eye on this upcoming spot.

What Now is awaiting further info about the opening, so stay tuned for possible updates.

Opening at North Kings Avenue and West Brandon Boulevard, Josephine’s Italian Market would join restaurants like Long John Silver’s, Latin Touch Sandwich Shop, and—just across Kings Avenue—Einstein Bros Bagels.
