A new restaurant offering Korean barbecue and more is working to open on Brandon Town Center Drive, across the street from the Plaza at Brandon Town Center. Apot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot will open at 144 Brandon Town Center Dr, and a representative told What Now on Monday that it’s working toward an opening on December 1.

Not much information has been released about the concept yet, but it will be familiar to fans of Korean barbecue, with cuts of meat cooked over a communal barbecue in the center of the table, plus lots of side dishes—and, of course, hot pot dishes too.

We’re still waiting on further information on Apot Korean BBQ and Hot Pot’s menu and overall brand profile.

Situated opposite the Plaza at Brandon Town Center, the restaurant will join a retail and dining community that includes stores like Target, Ross, and Party City, along with eateries like Chipotle Mexican Grill, The Honey Baked Ham Company, and Smokey Bones.
