The restaurant community based around the intersection of Athens Street and Dodecanese Boulevard in Tarpon Springs looks to be adding a new restaurant into the mix. Plan review paperwork submitted recently by Nick Fillis Family Restaurant LLC shows Niko’s Grill House opening in the space at 614 Athens Street.
What Now reached out on Friday to Yvonne Fillis, one of the co-owners behind Nick Fillis Family Restaurant LLC to ask about plans for Niko’s Grill House. Fillis was not immediately available for comment on the restaurant.
This leaves much still in question regarding the new concept. It’s safe to expect Greek food, but this has not yet been confirmed.
Opening in the Athens Street-Dodecanese Bouelvard location, Niko’s Grill House would join a community of restaurants like Mykonos, Mama’s Greek Cuisine, Dimitri’s on the Water, and Costas.
