A new restaurant looks to be joining Wesley Chapel’s Krate at the Grove shopping mall.

This week, What Now came across plan review paperwork submitted by Street Fusion LLC for a restaurant called Spice and Bowl. It would open at 5804 Grand Oro Lane, Suite 106.

What Now reached out this week to Vinay Daru, one of the principals behind the project, to ask about plans for Spice and Bowl. Daru was not immediately available for comment on the restaurant’s opening plans or menu.

This leaves us guessing for the moment about the type of cuisine that will be on offer—which spices will we find in which bowls? What Now is waiting for more information.

Opening as part of Krate at the Grove, Spice and Bowl would join a thriving food and drink community that includes restaurants like Cafe Zorba, Ato, El Prince Mediterranean Cuisine, Shake-a-Salad, Flipn’ Fries Factory, and more.

Stay tuned for more details as they become available!
