The restaurant community near Baranoff Park in Safety Harbor looks to be welcoming a new wine bar into the mix soon. This week, What Now came across plan review paperwork submitted by Budria Wine Bar Corporation for a restaurant caled Budria Wine Bar, opening at 246 Second Street North, on the southeast corner of the intersection with Third Avenue South.

The wine bar already has a website, featuring an image of a cosy wooden bar complete with wine bottles and espresso machine, with the text, “Sip, Savor, Celebrate!” superimposed.

What Now reached out on Friday to owner Christina Miller to ask about plans for Budria Wine Bar. When can we expect an opening? What kind of wines will be on offer? Is there a food program? Miller wasn’t immediately available for comment, so for the moment we’ll have to wait and see.

Opening at Second Street and Third Avenue North, Budria Wine Bar would join and food and beverage community that includes Southern Fresh, The Kitchen, Water Oak Grill, Nolan’s Pub, and more.

Stay tuned for more details on Budria Wine Bar as they become available.
