Venice’s Jacaranda Plaza will soon welcome Indiana-based doughnut chain Parlor Doughnuts into its community of food and drink brands. The new Parlor Doughnuts outpost will open at 1695 U.S. 41 Bypass S #1.

According to franchisee Colten Burress, the Venice location is the first of a considerable number planned for the Greater Tampa area.

“In the Tampa market, we’ll probably do eight to ten,” Burress said, asked how many locations he expected to see open in the area in the course of the next five years. After Venice, says Burress, Sarasota is the likely next destination.

The Parlor menu features doughnuts in tempting varieties like French Toast, Maple Bacon, Churro, Turtle Cheesecake, and many more. Breakfast choices like an acai bowl, avocado toast, and breakfast sandwiches and tacos round out the early-morning picture, as does the brand’s selection of coffee drinks. If you’re looking to indulge a bit more, try one of Parlor’s Doughboy Milkshakes.

Jacaranda Plaza is also home to eateries like Crisp & Green, Kendo Asian Cuisine, Bonefish Grill, and Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ.
