Serving up traditional brick oven pizza, Pinellas Park’s Off the Brick Pizza is “Not Your Average Pizzeria.”

“At Off the Brick Pizza our experience Pizza Makers work with wooden pizza peels, hand toss the dough and use Baker Pride brick-lined deck ovens—known to be phenomenal for making thin & crispy New York Style Pizza,” says the Off the Brick website. “Our home-made Signature Pizza Sauce and Fresh Dough are made daily.”

The menu features a selection of Hand-Tossed Pizzas like the classic Margherita and NY Style Cheese, along with the Hawaiian, Mike’s Hot Honey (Cup & Char Pepperoni drizzled with Mike’s Hot Honey), and Buffalo Chicken. There’s also a selection of White Pizzas like the Classic White (Extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, mozzarella, fresh sliced tomatoes, parmesan & romano), the Supreme Philly Cheesesteak, and the Shrimp Scampi.

Now, Off the Brick Pizza is preparing to expand to a second location, this time in Clearwater. Submitted documents show an opening in the works at 6160 Ulmerton Road, Suite 8.

What Now confirmed the news with owner Vladimir Tcaciuc on Friday. Tcaciuc said an opening date is still forthcoming, adding that the menu for the second location is still under development. The rest of the details remain under wraps for now!

We’ll be waiting on more details as the opening approaches, so stay tuned.
