Located at 110 Boardwalk Pl E on Madeira Beach, Pirates Pub-N-Grub is a “pirate themed nook at John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk with casual seafood staples & outdoor seating.” Boasting a 4.4-star rating, the bar appears to have a sister bar in the works. Paperwork submitted by Pub N Grub LLC shows Sirens Pub N Grub opening at 13800 Park Blvd, Suite 100 in Seminole.

Behind the submitted documents is Tracey Pinckney, who owns Pirates Pub-N-Grub. What Now reached out to Pinckney on Thursday to ask about plans for Sirens Pub N Grub in Seminole. Pinckney declined to comment at this time.

“Ahoy there, mateys!,” says the Pirates Pub-N-Grub website. “Located on the iconic Johns Pass Boardwalk in Madeira Beach, Florida. Serving good food for ye belly and the boardwalk’s best cocktails for over 12 years. We look forward to meeting you at the Pub-N-Grub on your next visit to Johns Pass! We’re open seven Days a week from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm or 9ish.”

We’re waiting to see how the theme would make the jump from pirates to sirens at the new bar. Similarly, we’d be curious to see how the menu translates. At Pirates, it’s “fresh seafood, Best Burgers on The Beach, Hand-crafted Cocktails, and Ice-cold Beer.
