With four locations in the Sarasota area, Origin Craft Beer & Pizza Cafe is continuing to expand its footprint with a fifth restaurant, this time in Sarasota’s Rosemary District. The new Origin will open at 1371 Boulevard of the Arts, according to a recent plan review.

The new location will feature about 1,600 square feet of interior space and 600 more outside, with space for about 120 people, owner Rami Nehme told What Now on Wednesday.

Nehme says the brand continues to gain popularity with its beloved “Trifecta Wings.”

“Our wings come baked, not fried, so they’re very juicy,” Nehme said. “We make our own sauces, and Trifecta is an interesting combination of Barbecue, Buffalo Hot, and Garlic-Parm.”

The menu also features pizza varieties like the Mediterranean (falafel, hummus, Mediterranean relish), the Za’atar (oregano, thyme, marjoram, sesame seeds, coriander, Mediterranean relish), and the Popeye’s (Spinach, shrimp, olive oil, pesto drizzle, garlic olive oil base).
