Last Thursday, Dec 1, a restaurant under the name Savory Thai filed a plan review application with the city of Lakeland for a new business to be located at 5109 US Hwy 98 S in the Highland City Town Center Plaza.
Although online information for a Savory Thai in Lakeland is scant, a restaurant of the same name located at 5113 US Highway 98 is listed as “permanently closed” on Google.
A representative of Savory Thai did not return a request for comment.
Nevertheless, Savory Thai once occupied a storefront next to Road & Trail Bicycles in the Highland City Town Center anchored by Publix.
I’m not sure where the address 5113 US Hwy 98 S for Savory Thai came from but we are located at 5109 US Hwy 98 S, Lakeland, FL in the Highland City Town Center Plaza. We are anxiously awaiting completion of build out & building inspection, then clearance by the health department.
