Founded by former University of Florida student John Williams, SoFresh is a fast-growing healthy food franchise with locations in Arkansas, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. The brand is expanding fast in Florida, with locations in the works across the state. One of them is now preparing to open its doors in Spring Hill, at 170 Mariner Blvd.
At this new location, Spring Hill residents will be able to enjoy (and nourish themselves with) SoFresh’s signature Warm Bowls, which include the Bangkok (Asian garlic noodles, shredded kale, mushrooms, onions, almonds, teriyaki), the Power (red quinoa w/ lemon, brown rice w/ parsley, carrots, shredded kale, raisins, almonds, goat cheese, kale-basil pesto), and the Comfort (red quinoa w/ lemon, brown rice w/ parsley, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, goat cheese, kale-basil pesto).
And that’s not even to mention SoFresh’s salads, wraps, and other choices.
“We’re building the premier healthy restaurant brand by delivering high-quality food to local communities with fast, friendly service,” says the SoFresh website. “We define SoFresh as a feeling, experience, and brand rooted in freshness, health, and energy. It represents food that is freshly prepared, real, and made to fuel a vibrant lifestyle. SoFresh is associated with clean ingredients, fast service, and a modern, wholesome approach to eating.”
Opening in the Mariner Blvd location, SoFresh will join a community of restaurants that includes brands like Applebee’s Grill + Bar, Dunkin’, Breakfast Club of Seven Hills, Sakura Asian Cuisine, and more.
