Have you heard about Tastes Pretty Good? You may not know the company, whose name is a recent invention, but you’ve probably heard about its restaurants.

Headed by chairman Jack Murray III, CEO Nick Reader, COO Greg Proechel II and culinary director Bryce Bonsack, this is the team that has brought Tampa smash-hit concepts like Tampa HeightsRocca and South Tampa’s Streetlight Taco.

Now, coverage by the Tampa Bay Times says Tastes Pretty Good is at work on its next new restaurant concept.

In fact, the team “has a lot of exciting stuff up their sleeves,” the coverage says. But “first up is Bar Terroir, a French bistro and wine bar opening in February inside the former Little Leon building at 3636 Henderson Blvd. in Tampa.”

And, for now, that’s all the information we have on Bar Terroir. What Now spoke briefly with COO Greg Proechel II on Thursday about the upcoming concept. For now, Proechel said, the details are staying under wraps. But an announcement is coming that will reveal a lot more about this upcoming French-style bistro and wine bar.
