Described as an “ode to Venetian flavors and family legacy,” AcquaAlta Ristorante offers Clearwater a selection of authentic dishes from Venetian cuisine at 2454 McMullen Booth Rd, #Suite 205.
“Our bustling kitchen echoes with the meticulous craft of creating fresh pasta and delicate ravioli,” reads the restaurant’s website’s Story page, “just as they did back in Venice.”
Now, Paolo and Patty, the culinary team behind the restaurant, are preparing to open a new restaurant. Al Dente Pasta & Pizza will open at 990 Broadway Blvd. in Dunedin.
“We mix flour, water and other secrets with our passion for food that comes intact from our deepest Italian origins,” says the Al Dente website. “Simple ingredients which are transformed into tasty and excellent sauces. Our expertise and deep knowledge of the Italian cuisine tradition allowed us to provide a quality product like you would find in Italy. Our motto is ‘take care of yourself, eat healthy’ because our number one priority is to not only make people happy when they eat, but also serving food that is good for their body and soul.”
What Now reached to Paolo, who owns the restaurant, to ask for details on the restaurant’s menu. Paolo was not immediately available for comment, but What Now is currently awaiting more information on Al Dente’s menu.
