Located at 530 Cleveland Street in Clearwater, Olive & Thyme is “a casual eatery serving Greek and Mediterranean dishes with options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.” Headed up by Kevin and Summer Tatlici, the restaurant is building a following.
Now, a new restaurant is in the works just down the street. Called District Bistro, it would open at 412 Cleveland Street, according to plan review paperwork submitted by Tatlici Food Inc.
What Now reached out to Summer Tatlici on Friday to ask about plans for District Bistro. Tatlici was not immediately available to share details.
Opening in the Cleveland Street location, near the intersection with North Osceola Avenue, District Bistro would join restaurants like Clear Sky on Cleveland, Tequila’s Mexican Grill & Cantina, and Downtown Pizza Sports Bar & Grill.
