A new Texas Roadhouse location appears to be in store for Pasco County. The barbecue and steakhouse chain, which has hundreds of locations nationwide and about forty here in Florida, recently submitted paperwork for a new location at 13715 FL-54 in Odessa.

The Texas Roadhouse menu opens with the ever-popular Cactus Blossom (a golden fried onion) and other starters like Rattlesnake Bites (diced jalapeños and jack cheese lightly fried and served with Cajun sauce for dipping) and Tater Skins. The brand’s Hand-Cut Steaks menu features a New York Strip, a Porterhouse T-Bone, Steak Kabob, a Bone-In Ribeye and more, along with brand’s Fall-Off-the-Bone Ribs.

The brand’s considerable menu continues with Country Dinners like the Pulled Pork Dinner and the Country Fired Sirloin, plus Burgers & Sandwiches like the Pulled Pork Sandwich and the Smokehouse Burger (sauteed mushrooms, onions, BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, and onion with American and jack cheeses served on a Texas-sized bun with steak fries and a pickle spear).

The FL-54 location is situated on far east of the intersection with Gunn Highway, on the northwest corner of which are Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders and a soon-to-open Einstein Bros. Bagels.
