The Bean Bar Co. is preparing to add another brick-and-mortar location to its network of Cuban coffee hotspots. With one brick-and-mortar already launched in October 2021, plus several mobile locations, Bean Bar is now adding a new store in Carrollwood.

“We started off in 2018 with a tent set up,” owner Danielle Henry told What Now on Friday. “Then, during COVID, we build out first food truck. From there, we built a second one, and since then we’ve had another one built, a real truck, and two trailers.”

It’s been a bit of a whirlwind and excitement is starting to pick up as the cafe recently shared news of the Carrollwood location in an Instagram post.

“Some of you guessed it!!” says the post. “We are so excited to announce we have a second store location coming soon!! Say hello to The Bean Bar Carrollwood!”

The Bean Bar offers the same proven menu at both its cafe and mobile locations, offering its extremely popular coffee flights (“The coffee flights are crazy,” Henry told What Now, “we sell them all the time”) and more. The brand’s cafe con leche is made with espresso, giving it a bolder flavor than with brewed coffee, and its food menu focuses on breakfast and breakfast-adjacent choices like the Waffle Chicken sandwich, the croissant sandwich with homemade garlic aioli, and breakfast crepes.
