A new wine bar will open its doors this spring in Palm Harbor. Uncorked Wine Bar will open at 35136 US Hwy 19 N in April or May, owner James Pyner told What Now on Tuesday.

“It’s going to be a rustic, intimate environment,” Pyner said. “There will be a lot of Edison bulbs; we’re going with that vibe.”

Opening near the intersection with Alderman Road, Uncorked Wine Bar will seat about 47 guests, featuring a small kitchen and a bar area with stone walls.

“The Uncorked wine bar was created to be rustic and intimate. To have an environment where fellow wine drinkers can gather and enjoy fine wine and charcuterie fare while relaxing on comfortable couches or chairs,” says the Uncorked website. “Customers will be greeted in a friendly manner.  Come on in and enjoy a fun place to converse with family and friends.”
